COVID PERFORMANCE SAFETY PROTOCOLS: Masks are no longer required in our theaters, though they remain strongly encouraged. Some production companies may request stricter audience masking practices based on their preferences. Please, make sure to review when purchasing your tickets.
Mask Requirements for Attending an MVCPA Event
If the event production company has requested this event be a "Mask Required Event," then masks are required for all individuals at this event.
- Masks are required for all individuals in all indoor public settings, regardless of vaccination status.
- Masks must be well-fitting, cover the nose and mouth fully and have no gaps between the face and mask.
- Cloth masks must have three or more layers (N95 or KN95 recommended).
- Exemptions to masks requirements:
- Persons younger than two years old.
- Persons with a medical condition, mental health condition, or disability that prevents wearing a mask.
- Persons who are hearing impaired, or communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication.
- Persons for whom wearing a mask would create a risk to the person related to their work, as determined by local, state, or federal regulators or workplace safety guidelines.
